在劍橋英檢 B1 PET 的口說考試裡，考官最有可能問你以下這 10 個題目！
1. "How often do you use a mobile phone?"
Strategy:
- State your frequency of mobile phone usage
- Explain why you use it
這裡一定要講出你使用手機的「頻率」，也就是你多久會用一次手機，並說明你為什麼會使用手機。
Sample Answer: "I use my mobile phone for about two hours every day. I mainly use it for messaging my friends and family, checking social media, and occasionally playing games when I have finished all my homework."
2. "What kind of music do you listen to?"
Strategy:
- Mention specific genres/artists that you like
- Share why you enjoy this type of music
這裡最好能具體地提到你喜歡的音樂類型（genre）、歌手或樂團，並說明你為什麼喜歡這種類型的音樂。
Sample Answer: "I really enjoy listening to pop music. I feel like it doesn't matter what kind of mood I'm in, there's always a song from this genre that I can relate to. One of my favourite bands is Coldplay, and I really like them because the lyrics of their songs are often very meaningful and the melodies are catchy."
3. "Tell us about a teacher you like."
Strategy:
- Name a specific teacher
- Mention what subject they teach
- Describe their teaching style
- Explain why you like them using specific examples
講出一位老師，說明他教什麼科目、描述他的教學風格，並用具體的例子說明你為什麼喜歡他。
Sample Answer: "My favourite teacher is definitely Ms. Lee. She's been teaching me music for two years now, and I like her a lot because she's the most patient teacher I've ever met. For example, last week when I was having a difficult time reading the music sheets, she patiently explained the concepts all over again, and she was smiling the whole time, so I didn't feel stressed at all and was able to focus on what she was teaching me."
4. "What subject do you find the easiest at school? (Why?)"
Strategy:
- Name a specific subject
- Provide 2-3 reasons why you find it easy
講出一個具體的科目，並提供 2-3 個你覺得這科目很簡單的原因。
Sample Answer: "I find English the easiest subject at school because I've been learning it since I was young. I also read a lot of stories and watch many movies in English in my free time, so I'm quite familiar with this language and can do pretty well on the English exams at school."
5. "Which do you like best, the morning or the afternoon? (Why?)"
Strategy:
- Clearly state your preference
- Provide 2-3 specific reasons with examples
- Provide a comparison
清楚地講出你比較喜歡早上還是下午，然後提供 2-3 個具體的原因和例子。
Sample Answer: "I definitely prefer the afternoon to the morning. One reason is that I'm not really a morning person, so I find it difficult to wake up early. In the afternoon, however, I have much more energy, and I'm more relaxed since I'm not in a rush to school or cram school anymore."
6. "Tell us about sports you like."
Strategy:
- Mention 2-3 specific sports
- Explain why you enjoy them
- Describe how often you play them
這題你可以提到 2-3 種具體的運動，說明你為什麼喜歡它們，並描述你多常從事這些運動。
Sample Answer: "I enjoy several different sports, but my favourites are badminton and swimming. I play badminton twice a week with my friends. I like it because we always play two on two, and the games are just so exciting and fun! Swimming is something I love doing in summer because being in the cold water on a hot summer day is just awesome!"
7. "Do you like shopping? (Why?/Why not?)"
Strategy:
- Give a clear yes/no answer
- Explain your reasons
- You can mention what/where/with whom you shop
- Add exceptions (optional)
先給一個明確的 yes/no 答案，並說明你的理由。你也可以提到你買什麼、在哪裡買、跟誰一起買。
Sample Answer: "Yes, I quite enjoy shopping, especially for clothes and books. I go to the malls and bookstores near my house almost every week. I like trying on different outfits and finding good books. I don't enjoy shopping when the shops are too crowded though, like during holiday sales or long weekends. I find it stressful to shop during those periods of time."
8. "Where do you like to meet your friends?"
Strategy:
- Name 2-3 specific places
- Explain why you like meeting there
- Describe what you typically do together
講出 2-3 個具體的地點，說明你為什麼喜歡在那裡跟朋友碰面，並描述你們通常一起做什麼。
Sample Answer: "It depends on what my friends and I want to do. If we want to explore the nature, then we either hang out at a park or try a new trail. On a nice sunny day, my friends and I really enjoy hanging out outdoors. But if we simply want to chat on a rainy day, then we usually meet at the café near our school because it's convenient for everyone and they serve delicious snacks and drinks."
9. "Tell us about the kind of films you like."
Strategy:
- Name specific genres
- Explain why you enjoy them
- Give examples of films you've seen
- Perhaps mention when/where you watch them
講出具體的電影類型，說明你為什麼喜歡它們。舉出你看過的電影當例子，也可以提到你通常什麼時候、在哪裡看電影。
Sample Answer: "I really do enjoy watching animation, for example, the Disney films or the Japanese animation from Miyazaki. Two of my favourite films are Spirited Away and Tangled. I like animation films because they're very creative, and the sound and visual effects are also enjoyable. That's why I usually watch films in the cinema, so that I can experience the best effects."
10. "Do you enjoy playing games on phones and computers?"
Strategy:
- Give a yes/no answer
- Give your reasons
- You can mention specific games and how often you play them
先給一個 yes/no 答案，並說明你的理由。你也可以提到具體的遊戲名稱，以及你多常玩這些遊戲。
Sample Answer: "No, I don't really enjoy playing games on my phone and computer. I'm already spending a lot of time on screen, either watching films or searching information for my homework. So I try to cut down on the time I spend on screen, and that's why I'd rather close my eyes and rest than play games on my phone or computer."
這裡我沒有提出遊戲名稱或是我多常玩這些遊戲，是因為我不太愛玩遊戲。但如果你有喜歡玩特定的遊戲，可以講出遊戲名稱和你有多常玩它喔！
最後要提醒大家，考官評估的是你的英語溝通能力，所以每個口說題目都沒有所謂的標準答案。重要的是你能夠清晰自然地表達自己的想法，說話的時候也別忘了有禮貌地和考官有 eye contact，就如同你平常和別人對話一樣。
